Blue cocktails are always a joy to look at, and when they taste as good as they look you know you have found a drink for life. This vibrant little drink is named and based off the titled name of a hit song by pop star Addison Rae. It can be looked at as a Sweet-tart twist on a Gin Sour with all the flare and style of Addison and her music.
The Key ingredient here is a lovely Bubble gum Gin Liqueur from the popular brand Manchester Dinks Co. It has this sweet but dry flavour to it like a good Gin would, but all that goodness you might remember from your favourite childhood Bubble Gum brand. This spirit would pair well with a variety of ingredients, but in this case you have a nice mix of the usual ingredients of a Sour cocktail that balance sweet and sour so well. The pink sugar rim just further creates a pop star aesthetic that shows of this cocktails features so well.
We would highly suggest making one of these and dancing the night away with it to some of your favourite songs (maybe some of Addison's best hits). It looks good, tastes fantastic and would get the part going in any setting.
Here is how it is made.
Aquamarine Ingredients
1 2/3 oz. (50 ml) Bubble Gum Gin Liqueur
5/6 oz. (25 ml) Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Simple Syrup
