Elegant, refreshing and effortlessly celebratory, the French 77 is a beautiful twist on the classic French 75. With delicate floral notes and bright citrus flavours, this cocktail is perfect for special occasions or simply when you want to add a touch of sophistication to your evening.
At the heart of the French 77 is St‑Germain, a fragrant elderflower liqueur that brings a light, floral sweetness to the drink. This is balanced with fresh lemon juice, adding a crisp citrus brightness that keeps the cocktail lively and refreshing. A splash of Prosecco tops everything off, providing gentle bubbles and a clean, slightly fruity finish that lifts the entire drink.
The combination creates a cocktail that feels both refined and approachable – floral, sparkling, and perfectly balanced between sweet and tart.
The French 77 is an ideal drink for celebrations, brunches, or gatherings with friends and family.
