Every now and then a cocktail comes along that feels a little bit magical. The Blue Wish is exactly that – bright, playful, and guaranteed to catch people’s attention the moment it hits the table. Inspired by the idea of a genie’s lamp granting wishes, this vibrant blue drink combines nostalgic bubblegum sweetness with bright citrus notes for a cocktail that’s just as fun to drink as it is to look at.

At the heart of the drink is bubblegum gin liqueur, which brings a candy-like sweetness and a smooth, fruity base. This is paired with Blue Curaçao, an orange-flavoured liqueur that not only deepens the striking blue colour but also adds a subtle citrus bitterness that keeps the cocktail balanced. Fresh lemon juice lifts the drink with a sharp, zesty edge, while a touch of sugar syrup rounds everything out with just the right amount of sweetness. Finally, a splash of lemonade adds a gentle fizz, giving the cocktail a light and refreshing finish.

The result is a dessert-style cocktail that tastes like a grown-up sweet shop treat – bright, bubbly and irresistibly fun.

The Blue Wish is the kind of drink that instantly becomes a conversation starter. Its bold colour and playful flavour make it perfect for parties, celebrations, or simply sharing a round of drinks with friends and family. Serve it in a unique glass and watch it grant its first wish – turning an ordinary evening into something a little more special.
