Passion Fruit is a sweet and stand out flavour in many cocktails and this one in no exception. Most Sour cocktails are suppose to be just that, on the sour side of things but this recipe changes things up a bit. There is still a dry sour element to it, but Passion Fruit and a bit of Orange take center stage and give you a solid drink that you will want with a good meal.

Fresh Passion Fruit is the only way to go to make the most of this recipe and along with a small bit of Cointreau or any other Orange liqueur of choice, you will get all the flavour you want out of it. As usual with any sour family cocktail, you have sweet and sour elements in Lime Juice and Simple Syrup. As well Egg White is used to create the signature smooth foamy texture you get with sour cocktails, but this can be replaced with Aquafaba if that is your preference.

Add this to your cocktails to try list this Summer because you won't be disappointed. Whether its a nice meal in or a classic Summer party, the Passion Fruit Gin Sour won't let you down.
