A cocktail that loves you as much as you will love it. This is Loves Embrace.

Valentines Day is all about giving and sharing with the one you love. So what better way to celebrate than by sharing this elegant and delicious drink that has love and sweetness at it's core.

It's base is a nice sweet mix that is topped off with a homemade Strawberry Foam. This is made in a Whipped Cream Dispenser infused with Nitrous so it gets a nice smooth texture but sits perfectly on top to make a beautiful contrast in layers.

Nothing say I love you more than the gift of a well crafted cocktail and we just know you and your partner will fall in love with this one.

Here is how it is made.

Loves Embrace Ingredients

Strawberry Foam

• 4 oz. (120 ml) Strawberry Pure

• 2 oz. (60 ml) Water

• 1/3 oz. (10 ml) Simple Syrup

• 1 Egg White

  
  

Shake and charged with Nitrous in a Whipped Cream Dispenser

Drink Base

• 1 1/3 oz. (40 ml) Vodka

• 2/3 oz. (20 ml) Strawberry Liqueur

• 1/2 oz. (15 ml) Lemon Juice

• 1/3 oz. (10 ml) Simple Syrup

  
  

Garnish : Strawberry Heart cut out

Preparation

---

1. Add all base ingredients into a shaker with ice.

2. Shake well till chilled (10-12 seconds)

3. Pour and strain into a chilled Coupe glass.

4. Layer on top the Strawberry Foam from the Whipped Cream Dispenser.

5. Garnish with a Strawberry heart cut out.
