Prep time : 2-3 minutes

Serves : 1

Strength : Moderate
The world of cocktails is full of cool little twists and riffs on classic to make them more interesting or just take them in a different direction. This is a rare occasion that sees a further twist on an already adapted recipe. The Negroni Sbagliato has become a popular choice for those who prefer something lighter on the tongue to the Bittersweet flavour of the classic Negroni. This takes the Negroni Sbagliato and further pushes it into a lighter refreshing taste and enhances it's Orange base flavour even more.
The key addition in the ingredients here is a good dose of Italian Blood Orange Soda. There are a few brands out there that do good Blood Orange Sodas, but we think you can't go wrong with a Fever Tree product. The additional carbonation and Blood Orange are a nice upgrade to this cocktails predecessor and make for easier light drinking.
Any fan of the Negroni will want to try one of these at least once. Part of the fun of mixology is all the different creative possibilities and this recipe certainly has its own unique place in new age of cocktails.
Here is how it is made.
