Irish Mint Cream Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 oz. (40ml) Jameson Irish Whiskey

  • 5/6 oz. (25ml) Baileys Irish Cream

  • 1/2 oz. (15ml) crème de menthe

  • 1 oz. (30ml) cream

  • 10ml chocolate syrup


Garnish : Chocolate shavings




Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker.

  2. Shake well with ice till chilled.

  3. Pour and strain into a chilled Coupe glass.

  4. Garnish with Chocolate shavings.
