Our special original recipe with flavour as big as a Dragons heart. This is the Heart Of A Dragon.

We like to think some of our original recipes are ambitious and out there , so you get a drinking experience you have not had before. This recipe brings together a few unique ingredients and creates a flavour profile that is both pleasant but brings your taste buds to full engagement.
The core spirit here is Tequila (or in our example Mezcal). It brings a smokey flavour that mixes so well with the other component such as the Yuzu Soda and Jasmine Tea that bring a slight Floral tone to this cocktail. Fresh Dragon Fruit Syrup from the Pitaya Dragon Fruit gives this cocktail its beautiful purple colour as well as a good hit of sweetness to balance with the rest of its tones.

This is how it is made.
Heart Of A Dragon Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Tequila (or Mezcal for a smokey taste)
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Dragon Fruit Syrup
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Chilled Jasmine Tea
2/3 oz. (25 ml) Creme De Violette (Violet Liqueur)
1 Egg White (or 1 oz (30 ml) of Aquafaba)
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Sparkling Yuzu Soda (To top)
Garnish : Dragon Fruit Slice and Edible Flower
Rim : Oak Smoked Salt
Preparation
Rim a long glass with Oak Smoked Salt.
Add all ingredients except the Yuzu Soda into a shaker without ice.
Dry shake well for 30-40 seconds.
Add ice and shake again till chilled.
Pour and strain into a long glass over large ice cubes.
Top with Sparkling Yuzu Soda.
Garnish with a Dragon Fruit Slice and Edible Flower.
