No Summer vacation would be complete without a good cocktail to keep you company on those long hot days by the pool. The Vacation Martini has all the flavours and components you will need to kick back relax and forget all about life back home. A combination of sweet bold fruitiness and a bit of dryness that you would expect from most Martinis is what makes this cocktail such a winner.

Pineapple Juice and Coconut Rum are always a winning mix and in this case they give this Martini its tropical sweet taste that you would associate with sunny days on the beach Vanilla Vodka adds a bit more sweetness but also a bit of dry sharpness that does not go a miss in a drink like this. The dash of Blue Curacao sinks to the bottom of the drink, giving it a ocean or pool blue layer fitting of the theme of this cocktail.
