Fruity flavours make for some of the best cocktails and shots, this is an opinion shared by many. If there is a sweet out there that exemplifies fruity goodness, it is the Skittle. Infusing spirits is a great way to create new exciting flavours and Skittles are perfect for this.

This shot uses three different colours of Skittles infused Vodka to create a layered look that almost resembles a traffic light and a sweet fruity taste that mirrors the sweet. For both look and flavour, this is a shot you will not wwaant to miss out on.

Here is how it is made.

Ingredients

• 1 oz. (30 ml) Skittles infused Vodka (3x different colours/flavours)

Preparation

Infusing Skittles Vodka :

1. Add 60 of each colour of Skittle into empty air tight bottles.

2. Pour in 6 oz. (180 ml) of Vodka into each bottle and shake them well.

3. Leave for 24 hours and stain out any left over skittle bits using a sive or cheese cloth.

The Shot:

1. In a chilled shot glass add your Skittles Vodka and layer the next two flavours on by pouring them down the back of a bar spoon.
