A simple bit of Rum can make all the difference on hot Summer days. This is Raspberry Rum Punch.

Prep time : 2-3 minutes

Serves : 1

Strength : Light
Rum is the spirit of the Summer for us and a simple but tasty Rum Punch is sometimes all you need to hit the spot on those warm Summer days. The great thing about Rum Punch is you can make so many great twists on it with various flavours mixed in. This version adds a bit of Raspberry to mix with the normal fruity base most Rum Punches have.
With this cocktail you can swap out the main spirit of Rum for other similar options such as a Light Rum or a flavoured Rum. It is also a great recipe that can be made in bulk for serving up to multiple people at parties or events. We always recommend using as many fresh ingredients as possible, so whipping up a homemade Raspberry syrup is worth the extra time to make a higher quality Rum Punch here.
