When it comes to a good shot, sometimes its just pure strength and a sharp kick you are looking for. This simple shot is perfect for a lively party or celebration with your closest friends and one may not be enough.
It packs a sweet roasty flavour from the Coffee Liqueur (we recommend Kahlua) , followed by a sharp alcoholic bite from the the Vodka which is then chased with a bit of light carbonation from the Soda Water. Each layer follows the other with great complimentary flavours. It's got a strong but not too overpowering taste that makes it the perfect shot for a night on the town or even just a great house party.
There's a certain thrill to doing a shot like this and it can undoubtably lead to some very hazy but fun filled nights. Just remember one too many might erase some of those memories.
Here is how it is made.
Mind Eraser Ingredients
1/3 Vodka
1/3 Coffee Liqueur
1/3 Soda Water
Preparation
Fill a shot glass 1/3 the way up with Coffee Liqueur.
Layer on top 1/3 Vodka by slowly pouring it down the back of a bar spoon.
Layer on top 1/3 Soda water again by pouring down the back of your bar spoon.
