A taste of Japan that you will never forget. This is the Kyoto Classic.

Prep time : 2-3 minutes

Japan has a very unique culture when it comes to mixology and cocktail making. Bright colours and stunning presentation are the norm which for anyone visiting is a wonderful experience. They focus a lot on the seasonality of a drink and its aesthetics which makes for a high end luxury experience. This recipe reflects the Japanese way of cocktail making and it's base spirit of Roku Gin is a perfect match for the theme as well.
Roku Gin is the core of this recipe, with its multi-layered flavour profile it just brings such a powerful and varied tasting experience to any drink. With botanicals such as Cherry Blossom , Green Tea and Yuzu you get a real taste of Japan from this spirit. Paired with unique mild taste of Dragon fruit, there is not much else you could ask from this cocktail and its all rounded sipping experience.
If you are unfamiliar with the Japanese style of cocktails, then this is a great recipe to get you started. Be sure to look out for our Roku Gin review which will be coming soon.
