Here's how it is made.






Creme Egg Martini Ingredients

  • 75 g Milk Chocolate

  • 3 Tbsp. (45 ml) Condensed milk 

  • Yellow and red food dye 

  • 2 oz. (60 ml) Milk

  • 2 1/2 oz. (75 ml) Crème de cacao

  • 1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Vodka


Garnish : Cadbury Creme Egg Half





Preparation

  1. Melt 75g of Milk Chocolate in a Microwave for 30 seconds and then 10 second blasts till smooth.


  2. Dip the rim of a Coupe glass in the chocolate and allow to set in a fridge.


  3. Mix the condensed milk with a drop of Yellow Food Colouring and a tiny amount of Red Food colouring in a bowl to make the yolk layer and pour into a glass.


  4. In a shaker with ice, shake the rest of the ingredients till the shaker is chilled.


  5. Pour and strain the mixture on top of the yolk layer.


  6. Garnish with a half Creme Egg.
